Antonio, a Florida State licensed General Contractor, began his career in the construction industry in 2002, with over 15 years dedicated to the construction of South Florida’s luxury high-rise andmid-rise condominiums.
Accomplishments
In his early days he worked in two worldleading construction companies “Dragados” and “Soares da Costa” in markets such as Spain, Aruba, Venezuela and South Florida. Under AT-Konsult (Owner Representation services) Antonio has performed extensive high-end residential and multi-family construction projects that have provided him with a unique comprehensive view of the business and understanding of investor’s goals.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a degree in Civil Engineering
Miguel Circelli

Miguel, a Florida State licensed General Contractor since 2009, with qualified experience in the construction industry, and three generations of expertise in large residential projects in his family lineage.
Accomplishments
Miguel certainly knows how to effectively and efficiently organize and lead a team focusing on delivering projects on time. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. Combined with his degree in Industrial Engineering, Miguel’s pursuit of excellence, delivering the best quality, focus on cost control and excellent customer service define NAVICON Construction’s vision and culture.
